Covid-19 Passport

NHS COVID pass service closing

The NHS COVID pass will close on 4 December 2023, as vaccination status no longer needs to be demonstrated domestically or for international travel and the pass is no longer needed. Practices may see an increase in the number of people asking about their COVID-19 vaccination information.

Most patients can see this information in their GP health record on the NHS App. The NHS App continues to provide a simple and secure way for people to access a range of NHS services.
