Joanna Fursse

Jo joined Chorleywood Health Centre as a Research Project Manager in 2010.  Jo became the Practice Manager in 2015. The Practice Manager role supports the Partners in overseeing all aspects of the business including finance, business strategy, human resources, patient services and premises management.  Over the past 8 years Jo has successfully led the practice through a change in partnership, 2 CQC visits, a refurbishment, formation of the Rickmansworth and Chorleywood Primary Care Network, Covid 19, Covid 19 Vaccination program and is now working on the national delivery plan for recovering access to primary care.

Jo is the Watford and Three Rivers Practice Manager Chair representing the local practices at Herts and West Essex ICB Board Meetings and at the Herts & West Essex PM Forum Meetings.
